HeZen Refund Policy
We honor all refund requests on any participating member’s most recent membership payment for all courses up to 14 days from the time of purchase. A ‘participating’ member is a student signed up for a certain course and who has been practicing lessons, up to the time of the refund request.
Our hope in offering this generous Refund Policy is both to demonstrate our confidence in the platform’s courses success rate, and as an accountability tool for you – to give you the best chance of healing.
We will promptly issue a refund to all qualified requests emailed to hello.hezen@gmail.com. Please take your evaluation period seriously, as we do not offer refunds after that time. We are not responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
